Did you know that Caffeine could cause hair loss





I know that a lot of women love their coffee in the morning because it energizes them for the day, it helps them to stay awake especially when working long shifts, and then a lot of women drink it out of habit as something that they picked up from grandma!


Whatever the reason, the caffeine can have a negative effect on the health of the hair😮


The caffeine is a CHEMICAL in the coffee and it could cause hair loss because the caffeine targets the (DHT) which is the hormone that promotes hair loss by causing the hair follicles to shrink and eventually stop generating new hair making it grow back very slowly!


And also because the caffeine targets the (DHT), it prevents the absorption of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that are required to keep the hair cycle going at a normal rate!


You may not see the hair loss or hair thinning right away but over time you will start to notice it!


So why not switch to either mushroom coffee, a herbal coffee, or a herbal tea?


None of these coffee alternatives have caffeine in them but they have all natural ingredients that help benefit not only your hair but also your overall wellness!

Follow the directions and I add my plant based creamer and a little Agave ( which is a natural plant based sweetener from the Cactus plant and that's it!
