I keep my flesh under subjection and I stay disciplined so that I won't be controlled by any destructive unhealthy junk food or unhealthy cravings that threaten my health and well being
The Lord helps to keep my mind focused on the image of Divine health
I live a complete lifestyle of wholeness and productivity where I can walk in the Spirit and not fulfill the lust of the flesh but I only do those things that brings the Lord Glory and Honor in my body
