--Lord Jesus, I confess my sins and I thank you for your forgiveness.
I believe that you are the Son of God who came to earth, died just for me on the cross for me, and rose from the grave and I am ready to trust you as my Lord and Savior so I ask you to come into my heart and be the Lord over my life.
I know that sometimes I have went on my own path but I admit that I need your help!
Cleanse me and help me to turn things around in my life and live for you!
By faith, I gratefully receive your gift of Salvation!
