My Favorite Pineapple & Kale Green Smoothie!

Queens, this smoothie is soooo good and good for you on so many levels!

It only has 4 plant based ingredients but they are all power houses for the body!

Pineapples are loaded with nutrients and disease fighting antioxidants that can help ease digestion, may reduce the risk of cancer, helps build immune system, suppress inflammation, and it also helps to restore hair loss!🥰

Kale is another powerful antioxidant and a excellent source of Vitamin C!

Kale can help lower cholesterol which may reduce the risk of heart disease, it’s great for calcium, it improves sleep, high in iron, it detoxifies the body, and it does wonders for radiant skin and healthy hair! 😀

Ginger helps to reduce blood sugar, it helps reduce the risk of cancer, it helps reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s, it helps lower cholesterol, and it detoxifies the body, hair, and skin!😍

Pineapple Juice helps to boost the immune system and has the same benefits of eating a pineapple♥️

3 Cups of Frozen Organic Pineapples

1 Cup of Organic Kale

1/2 inch of Fresh Ginger

1 Cup of Pineapple Juice

This smoothie is enough to make a 32oz mason jar or 2 16oz

Blend all of the ingredients in the blender, drink, and enjoy!
