Ginger Shots for healthy scalp & skin!


Hey Queens, these ginger Shots are so tasty and so beneficial to our skin, scalp, and our entire body!


Ginger helps improve the circulation of the scalp while stimulating each hair follicle which will help to promote healthy hair growth, it helps stop and prevent hair loss, it helps to fight dandruff, and it conditions your hair!


Ginger helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, it helps to fade scars, and it helps to fight against acne!



You can either make these Ginger Shots with your juicer or you can use your blender!


1 Cup Pineapple

1/2 cup of orange juice (I prefer freshly squeezed)

1/4 lemon or lime juice (I prefer key limes but sometimes they are hard to find)

1/2 cup of Coconut Water

1-2 pinches of Cayenne Pepper (helps with detoxification)


Wash and scrub your Ginger root, peel it, and then cut it into chunks.

Squeeze 2 Oranges to get 1/2 cup of juice and also squeeze 2 or 3 lemons or limes for 1/4 cup of juice.



If you are using a blender, just add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. And after it's smooth just strain it and transfer the juice to several small glass bottles, put the tops on them, put them in the fridge and they will last up until a week.


If you are using a juicer, just add all the ingredients to the juicer and juice them and then pour them into small glass bottles and put them in the fridge.


I recommend consuming one shot in the morning daily.
