Queens here is another raw vegan recipe for you!
If you like yogurt you are going to love this one!
This is a delicious plant based raw vegan yogurt that I made for a snack for me and my family today.
Everyone absolutely loved it because it taste just like store bought dairy yogurt but without all the harmful chemicals that can give you high cholesterol, heart disease and so much more!
All of my ingredients are plant based and they are ones that are healthy for you and ones that you can feel good about giving to your family!
All it takes is a few minutes, a good blender, and about a hour to sit up in the fridge so here goes!
You will blend together:
2 1/2 cups of Slightly Frozen Strawberries
1 Tablespoon of Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup of Walnuts
6 Dates (Please remove the seed)
The juice of 1/2 Key Lime
2 Tablespoons of Irish Sea Moss Gel
And add Fresh Strawberries to the top if you want but you don't have to.
Store the yogurt in little mason jars like I did in the picture and put in the fridge for about an hour to sit up and thicken a little
And there you have it:
Raw Vegan Alkaline Yogurt!
(It should last 2 to 3 days in the fridge)
